You can enjoy shabu-shabu at your own pace in the small pot in front of you. You can eat comfortably at the counter, and the owner is an interesting person, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The meat is sliced fresh with a slicer every time you order, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture is the best. There is a good selection of vegetables, tofu, kudzu noodles, and udon, allowing for a well-balanced experience. The dipping sauces include sesame sauce and ponzu, and you can add grated garlic to your liking. For the finale, they make soup or rice porridge with the remaining broth, and you can also request additional meat during your meal, which is satisfying.
