Osaka Nihonbashi Takoyaki restaurant right along the Dotonbori River, the birthplace of konamon. The restaurant always has a long line of customers, mainly from overseas. A la carte Takoyaki with sauce, mayonnaise, and green onions (free topping) The outer skin is crispy and the inside is soft and melt-in-your-mouth type. Most takoyaki in Osaka are of the melt-in-your-mouth type, and they are delicious. The sauce was a little sweet or had a peculiar taste.
