I was first impressed by the attentive service at a restaurant where students handle everything from cooking to serving. The rich aroma of the corn potage is smooth and creamy, warming the heart. The flounder bonfancy has thick flesh that absorbs the sauce, creating an irresistible fluffy texture. The salmon poêlé, fragrant with balsamic, becomes even more flavorful when eaten with saffron rice. The layers of white chocolate mousse and orange jelly in the dessert sparkle, leaving a refreshing sweetness that lingers. With both the presentation and taste being highly satisfying, it was a wonderful lunch that kept the excitement going until I left my seat.
