As you proceed to the back of the souvenir shop, you will be surprised to find a spacious tatami room. The tatami mats are very clean, and the scent of rush grass wafts pleasantly in the air. The thick and flat Echizen soba has a firm texture and a refreshing finish. The set of grated soba is enhanced by the grated daikon, making it a light and refreshing dish. The oyakodon is filled with large pieces of chicken, providing ample volume. As you enjoy it while nibbling on the slightly sweet Zen miso, you will feel a warm sense of happiness.
