The meat is all thick, and the aroma when it's grilled is exciting. The thick-cut tongue steak has a combination of garlic and sesame oil aroma, with a crispy surface and moist inside, making it the best. The kalbi, harami, and hormone are full of meat juices, and each bite spreads umami. I particularly like the sauce that combines soy sauce and miso; it's rich but not overwhelming. The kimchi and perilla leaves are perfect as palate cleansers, allowing you to enjoy a distinctly Korean flavor. Sometimes the staff grill the meat for you, and it's fun to watch the wild cooking process.

It's just a short walk from the station, and the white sign catches your eye, so you can easily find it without getting lost. Even if you just drop by, the staff kindly guide you to your seat, which is reassuring. The thick tongue is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with the aroma of garlic and sesame oil spreading, making it the best. The teppan and heart also have a plump texture, and the more you chew, the more flavor bursts out. The two sauces, soy sauce and miso, are very much to my liking, especially the blended sauce I was told about, which is mellow. It was also enjoyable to reset my palate with kimchi and pickled perilla leaves while watching the dynamic grilling.
