There is a wide variety of sake, and the tsumami are delicious. A variety of delicious snacks are available, such as yellowfin tuna sashimi, vinegared oysters, and red shrimp marinated in garlic and soy sauce. The oden is also delicious with konnyaku and egg in a strong kombu broth. Hanagaki, a pure rice sake from Fukui, has a dry, gusty taste with a nice aftertaste, which I personally prefer. I encourage everyone to try it.
