It is a small shop with only a counter, where you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed atmosphere. They offer a course with the day's specialties, and you can easily request adjustments for the quantity or any ingredients you dislike. Dishes that incorporate techniques from Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisines come out one after another, all of which pair well with drinks. The steamed egg custard with sea bream and cream cheese, the mirin-dried knife fish, and the spring rolls with oysters and cheese were particularly impressive. The sea bream and salmon roe rice and the seaweed soup were also carefully prepared, ensuring satisfaction until the end. The clean counter and the flow of intricately prepared small plates being served without delay is also very pleasant.
