The classiness of the entrance gives you a sense of security. The aroma of dashi broth pervades the restaurant, and it is delicious. In particular, the new potatoes and boiled abalone are my favorites. The potatoes are slightly sweet and well-prepared. It goes well with beer. Guji kombujime does not require soy sauce. Just grated wasabi is delicious enough. The hamo and matsutake mushroom soup also has a gentle flavor, and the hamo is very fluffy. We finished off the meal with soba (buckwheat noodles). The owner also gave us a bite. It is very tasty with a Japanese flavor of garlic and soy sauce.
