The noodles in the curry udon are very thin, smooth, and have a firmness that withstands the heat. The well-stewed meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the potatoes are fluffy and delightful. The bone-in chicken has a crispy, fragrant skin, and the tender meat is enhanced by aromatic spices, making it the best. There is also Chinese-style noodles in udon broth, where you can enjoy a unique deliciousness that combines the flavor of chicken with spices.
