The chicken with bones is fragrant, and the flavor of salt and pepper along with the meat juices is really good. There are softer types and firmer types that spread their deliciousness the more you chew, so you can choose. It's fun to eat while cutting it with scissors and a fork. It pairs perfectly with beer and local sake, making you want to keep drinking. There is a call button at the counter, making it easy to order. The izakaya menu is also substantial, and for the finale, dipping a salt rice ball slightly in the meat juices is the best.
