Ramen noodles that are the complete opposite of the owner's After dinner, a friend of mine invited me to go out for ramen for dinner. Four of us followed his friend at a slow pace (lol). I'm good at Minami! Leave it to me! and we all move together... Are you sure this is the right way? Are you sure you're okay? We arrived at the store with a lot of anxiety. It is a small store with only 8 seats at the counter. It is not a beautiful restaurant, to say the least. It's a little cramped when you sit down with a full house, but it's kind of nice because it's cold? The owner, O-chan! He has a crazy strong personality! First, I'll have the recommended steamed chicken for 400 yen! The steamed chicken is moist and the scallion oil is deliciously light and refreshing! Of course, I ordered ramen since this is a ramen restaurant! Mini Ramen "Doumyo" (Doumyo Ramen with Doumyo Douche) 500 yen The color of the soup is so beautiful! Are the noodles the thin ones? They are not that firm, but they go well with the soup. The soup is also light in flavor, but has a strange feeling that makes you want to drink it forever! The owner of the restaurant is very thick, but his ramen is light! What a gap! Ramen made by the owner who makes the ramen light and thick! It's also good as a "shime" after drinking alcohol!
