I am happy that it's curry with rice. It's a two-type serving style where you can choose two out of four varieties, and it's fun to think about the combinations. The original has a deep richness and a pleasant hint of acidity. The chicken is quite spicy, and the beef tendon is tender and satisfying. The side dishes of vegetables and mushrooms are plentiful, making it even more delicious. It's also convenient to choose the amount of rice from small, medium, or large, and finally, I refreshed my palate with lassi.
