This is a shop located a short walk from the south exit of Fujisawa Station. It is on the basement floor, and the quiet atmosphere is enjoyable. The well-chilled glass of draft beer goes down smoothly and feels very nice. The sashimi is exceptionally fresh, and the thick cuts are delightful, allowing you to taste the umami with every bite. The lineup of sake is also eye-catching, perfectly pairing with the firefly squid marinated in soy sauce, tempura, and chicken with daikon. The warm atmosphere where regulars gather made me feel satisfied, especially as I enjoyed grilled rice balls and ice cream to finish off.
