The assortment with plenty of side dishes includes fried chicken, grilled salmon, and rolled omelet, making it enjoyable to eat. The mushroom and small shrimp mixed rice is accompanied by princess bamboo shoots, which have a pleasant aroma and provide a sense of satisfaction. There is also a bento with vinegared rice mixed with crab meat, where the flavor of the crab is distinctly felt and leaves a lasting impression. There are options that allow you to enjoy both blackthroat seaperch and crab at once, and it's delightful that it even includes salmon roe and omelet. The events at the department store are also lively, making it great to casually enjoy the flavors of Hokuriku.
