This is a hidden okonomiyaki restaurant with only a counter located deep inside a mixed-use building on Butsudan Street. The owner loves music and has band experience, and he casually chats with customers over the teppan, making the atmosphere very comfortable. The meat and egg soba is characterized by its unique style of steaming the cabbage without pressing it down, combined with extremely thin noodles. The sweetness of the steamed cabbage and the moderately soft noodles blend perfectly with the sauce, aonori (seaweed flakes), and sesame, creating an exquisite balance. As you reach the second half, some of the noodles become crispy, and combined with the rich sauce, it remains enjoyable until the end. It's a lovely place that feels like home, with attentive service that makes you want to relax and stay for a long time.
