Layers of beef tendon, konjac, green onions, tempura bits, pork, and egg are grilled on the dough. Enjoy with ponzu or sauce.
Instead of batter, pork is used as a base and layered with leeks, bean sprouts, and eggs before being cooked. The eggs are finished half-cooked.
