The beef sashimi was as tender and delicious as a big fatty tuna. All in all, I am very satisfied.

This is a one-pot dish using homemade beef hot pot broth and warishita. A luxurious assortment of thin slices of special loin and thick slices of chateaubriand, the central part of the fillet, is served with fresh kujo-leek onions. This dish is lighter than sukiyaki, but more satisfying than shabu-shabu, offering an exquisite taste. Please enjoy this elegant nabe that accentuates the flavor of the ingredients. Seasonal soup, assorted appetizers, roast beef, loin, filet, nabe vegetables, udon noodles, sweet
