As you enter, the sizzling sound and the savory aroma make your stomach growl. There is a counter and a tatami room, and the waiting time in front of the teppan is exciting. The staff is efficient, and it's enjoyable to watch the grilled items come out one after another. The Kankan-yaki features thick noodles combined with cabbage, eggs, and green onions, offering a comforting taste reminiscent of old times. The yakisoba has thin noodles and feels lighter, making the difference from Kankan-yaki clear and interesting. The tonpeiyaki is fluffy and creamy, and it pairs excellently with the sauce.
