Celebrate a little rich with a meal @ Shinsaibashi | Delicious food and happiness♪ We had a little happy news and wanted to celebrate! I don't usually go there, but I want to go there for a special occasion... Teppanyaki! Wouldn't that be nice? The place is right in the middle of where we both live, in the south area. We found a nice restaurant when we looked for it! Kyotei-style Teppan Hasegawa! Located about 5 minutes on foot southeast from Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. Galleria Acqua Bldg. 3F, a stylish building with concrete flooring. I visited Hasegawa, a sushi restaurant in the same building about 6 years ago, but the teppan-yaki restaurant is on the same floor but has a different entrance. You might get a little lost... The restaurant is a teppanyaki restaurant, so there are mainly counter seats. Is there a private room? Chopstick rests are made of bincho charcoal! Can we have a la carte dishes? I don't know, but most people reserve a course meal! We, too, ordered the ■Genji 15,000 yen course! Nigori Umeshu with soda The bubbles seemed to be only available in bottles, and my companion is non-alcoholic, so we gave up! It had a rich ume flavor and would have tasted better on the rocks! Amusements From left to right, beef shigureni, crab miso tofu, Spanish mackerel marinated in spanish mackerel The crab miso tofu has an addictive bitter miso taste! The beef shigure makes you want to cry out, "Please give me rice! The beef shigure makes you want to shout "rice, please! You will definitely enjoy this dish! Today's meat Omi beef loin Kagoshima sirloin Beautifully sinewy and looks delicious! I can't wait to see the main meat! Salad with salted kelp The salted kelp salad is delicious with just the right amount of salty kelp flavor! The tomatoes on top are very easy to eat because the skin has been properly processed! You can see the care and attention to detail in this dish! Sautéed sea bream and scallops The thick scallops are sweet and delicious! The sea bream also goes well with the charred butter tomato ponzu sauce! Chijimi spinach on the bottom! This is my favorite vegetable! Potage of turnip The sweetness of the turnip is at its best! It's a really tasty vegetable this time of year! Eating it in potage is probably the best way to enjoy it! Lobsters are coming out of the tank! So still... Drop the scissors and split in half lengthwise! It looks delicious with miso paste! The lobster was grilled in butter! What a gorgeous half of a whole fish! Shrimp and butter are a nice combination! The scissors are also nicely deveined so it's easy to eat! The prawns are so plump because they are moved so often! I recommend eating it with Japanese style tartar sauce. I'm going to grill the meat I just cooked! Of course! The fire, which is the most important part of teppan-yaki, is a fun presentation, isn't it? You can enjoy the meat with salt and pepper, chopped wasabi, salt, ponzu, sauce, garlic chips and many other flavors! The loin is so tender that your cheeks will fall off as soon as you eat it! The sirloin was so tender that the juices spread in your mouth, and I was so happy! I think it is best eaten with garlic chips and wasabi (Japanese horseradish)! The vegetables like bean sprouts, red konjak and onions...I forgot the name of the vegetable...it looked like a leaf onion and was very sweet! Sukiyaki Sukiyaki on a teppan grill! Sukiyaki on a teppan grill! It's cooked on the teppan, dipped in a sweet and spicy sauce, and then doused in an egg! Sukiyaki~ You can do sukiyaki on a teppan grill like this! The meat melts in your mouth, I can't get enough! And they cook the leftover egg into an omelet! Oh, my! So soft and fluffy! I love the taste of the sweet sauce! Finish You could choose between ochazuke or garlic pilaf as your closing dish, of course! Of course! Since it was teppanyaki, I chose the latter! The dish was prepared quickly and efficiently. The dish is finished with a lot of garlic chips! Serve with the omelet and miso soup! The crunchy shirasu (baby sardines) are also included, so yummy! Of course, the garlic is a big hit, but since it's made with a lot of garlic chips, you can eat it lightly! Awesome! Apple mousse Dessert is a refreshing mousse made with seasonal apples! The apples on top are compote, so it tasted moist and gentle! Teppanyaki has an extraordinary space that makes you feel special! I would like to use this restaurant for anniversaries and for entertaining guests! The service staff was very hospitable and we had a wonderful time! If you are looking for a meat-only course, there is one for 8,000 yen. It might be a good choice for a rich dinner! I am so happy to be able to eat delicious food! Thank you very much for the meal!
