This is a small shop located on the upper floor of a department store near the station, with a calm atmosphere. The interior consists only of a counter, where the staff in aprons efficiently manage the place. The menu mainly features set meals and individual dishes using koji, all of which evoke a sense of home warmth. When you drizzle a little soy sauce koji over the homemade warm tofu, the aroma rises, and it is very delicious. The salad dressing and pickles also have the umami of koji, offering a gentle taste that makes your body feel good. The chicken marinated in salt koji and the ginger pork finished with koji are both tender, making them enjoyable to eat until the very end.
