Spicy Ramen: A ramen shop that looks like a curry shop Spicy Ramen Noodle Shop Nakatsu station 2 minutes walk from Nakatsu station. An "authentic" ramen restaurant located near Nakatsu Station, which is said to be home to many great ramen restaurants. Spice Rice Noodles has a foreign staff, so when you enter the restaurant, you may wonder if it is a curry shop? You will be under the illusion that it is a curry shop. The exterior of the restaurant has a gate like a sushi restaurant. The inside of the restaurant has a unique atmosphere that is a blend of Western and Japanese styles. The most popular menu item is the distinctive tanmen noodles. However, my favorite is the "Spice Curry Ramen. It is a new type of menu that combines curry, which is said to be "super authentic," with ramen noodles. Ordering Menu Spice Curry Ramen (Ajitama) 950 yen This is an authentic curry ramen with spice flavor. The aroma of various spices spreads in your mouth. It does not have a strong flavor with flavor enhancers. The taste is flat. As you can see, it is of course spicy, but it also has a "sweetness" that makes the most of the meat and vegetable ingredients, making it easy to eat. It goes well with rice. There is also a menu item called "Hitotsubu Gohan" (30 yen) that is designed for those who are hungry. Highly recommended. In fact, it is not that spicy. There is no tingling sensation on the tongue. The food may have a medicinal effect, but it makes you sweat anyway. I sweat so much that my glasses slip off. I feel like I've been sweating so much lately that I think my metabolism might have increased. Note that my tongue started tingling a while after I left the restaurant. They must really use a lot of different spices! I learned that they can be so authentic with curry ramen. It is quite stylish, so I think it is safe for a woman to visit alone. There are many famous restaurants in this area, so it is OK to go on a ramen tour. Thank you very much.
