There is a wide variety of dishes grilled on an iron plate, and the enticing aroma alone is exciting. The crispy fried chicken cartilage is irresistibly delicious with a squeeze of lemon. The well-kneaded hamburger is grilled right in front of you, highlighting the meat's umami. I was also satisfied with the combination of glossy sashimi and comforting fish soup. The warm interactions between the chef and the proprietress are pleasant, making you forget the time. I've heard that the curry-flavored okonomiyaki is also popular, and just imagining it makes me excited.
