The craftsmanship of the artisans is meticulous, making it a pleasure to eat. There is a good selection of both fish and meat dishes, making it fun to choose. The grilled oysters are large, plump, and rich in flavor. The horse sashimi is tender with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The dobin mushi has a wonderful aroma, and the inclusion of ginkgo nuts and lily bulbs brings happiness. The salmon is flavorful even on its own, and the nigiri and thick rolls are also delicious.
