This place specializes in beef pho, and despite the clear broth, the umami is concentrated and simply the best. With just one sip, the richness of the beef and a hint of garlic aroma spread, making it impossible to stop eating even without any condiments. The noodles are soft, fresh, and have a smooth texture that goes down easily, while the thinly sliced rare beef cooks perfectly in no time. You can change the flavor with lime or chili sauce, and the garlic and pickled bamboo shoots on the table pair perfectly.
