This restaurant, which opened on October 28, 2021, is a new flavor hub offering authentic Uzbek cuisine. Located in Takadanobaba, Shinjuku, Tokyo, it is a valuable place where many people can enjoy exotic flavors in Japan.

The owner, Mr. Akmal, is from the ancient Uzbek city of Samarkand. He came to Japan in 2011, and after graduating from graduate school he decided to spread the flavors of his hometown in Japan while studying economics. He opened this restaurant serving Uzbek home cooking in 2021 in Takadanobaba and offers dishes cooked using an authentic plov kazan from his homeland. Akmal is fluent in languages and speaks six languages, and he also acts as a cultural bridge.
