In a calm space underground, you can take your time by removing your shoes at the entrance after going down the stairs. There are table seats and tatami mat areas, and the sunken kotatsu makes it cozy. The main dish features udon with duck, and there are fun variations like curry and tomato to choose from. The style of cold noodles with warm dipping sauce allows you to fully enjoy the aroma of the broth and the richness of the duck, which is delightful. The green onions in the dipping sauce absorb the broth and become creamy, and the duck meat is tender and satisfying. Finally, when you add rice to the dipping sauce and savor it, you can enjoy the deliciousness all the way to the end.
