In a cozy little shop with a calm atmosphere, it's easy to enter without feeling pressured, and it's comfortable. The counter display showcases delicious-looking ingredients, making it enjoyable to choose by sight. The sushi is beautifully shaped, and it holds together well even when picked up with chopsticks, providing a pleasant mouthfeel. The rice is on the softer side, and the vinegar is mild, allowing the flavors of the ingredients to come through clearly. The miso soup made with sweet shrimp heads is fragrant and comforting in its deliciousness. The higher-end sushi includes yellowtail, sea bream, sweet shrimp, red meat, and medium fatty tuna, and each was satisfying.
