In a calm private room, the sunken kotatsu is comfortable and relaxing. The soup wrapped in pastry, full of the flavors of the sea, was particularly impressive, and I was surprised by how well it paired with the other dishes. The sashimi and chawanmushi with shark fin are also rich in flavor and satisfying. Dishes made with seasonal bamboo shoots have a wonderful aroma, and even the bamboo shoot rice is delicious. Fried pufferfish, sashimi, and jelly-like dishes also offer enjoyable textures and flavors. With a quiet atmosphere and gentle service, you can enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.
