In a bright interior where you can feel the warmth of wood, you can relax in a natural way. There are seats that are easy to sit alone, and you can also spend time at spacious tables. In addition to local beer, there is a selection of Japanese sake and rum, which you can choose to pair with your food. The handmade small dish that was served first was substantial and lifted my spirits. The shrimp soaked in awamori was delicious, and it was the best to enjoy the miso before having the shells deep-fried until crispy. The kampachi rice bowl with sesame sauce can be enjoyed lightly by pouring broth over it halfway through, and all the dishes, including stir-fried bitter melon, fried lotus root, and quickly seared beef dipped in egg, were delicious.
