At a cafeteria attached to a butcher shop, you can casually enjoy wild boar dishes. There are counters and tables, allowing for a relaxed experience. The boar rice bowl has a rich fat and a gentle sweetness that makes the rice go down easily. The boar soup is hearty with plenty of ingredients and meat, warming your body. You can compare flavors with miso sauce, ponzu, salt, and pepper, and there were no unpleasant smells. Even the thick cuts are tender and have a pleasant chewiness, and you can enjoy a single serving of boar hot pot, leaving you very satisfied.
