Located on a quiet street a little away from the bustling station, it has a calm atmosphere. It has an exterior reminiscent of an old house, but there is a counter and seating on the second floor, making it enjoyable to watch the cooking right in front of you. The selection of sake includes brands from Yamagata, with some unfamiliar options that are exciting. Each dish using Yamagata vegetables is carefully prepared, and the Dutch-style eggplant topped with small shrimp and myoga had a refined flavor. The freshly fried tempura and miso-marinated cream cheese pair well with the sake. From Yamagata pickles to tofu topped with 'dashi' and simmered nanohana as an appetizer, the attention to detail is satisfying.
