The atmosphere is cozy, and from the moment you open the door, a calming air flows in. The variety of shochu lined up at the counter is extensive, and it's delightful that the master recommends a bottle that suits your taste when you consult him. The snacks, such as marinated bonito and grilled Mongolian squid, each have a handmade quality that is evident in their flavors. The potato salad made with sake lees and the garlic-marinated chicken gizzards have a distinctive flavor that makes you want to keep refilling your glass. Additionally, the handmade soba served with curry sauce as a finishing dish has a rich taste and aroma that pair perfectly, bringing a smile to your face. It's a perfect place to enjoy delicious drinks and food while chatting with friends, even late at night.
