Sangenjaya Long time no see Rai Rai Rai 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ I think this might be the first time I'm posting on instagram? I'm not sure if this is the first time I'm posting an instagram of this restaurant. I don't order chanpon when I come here, I choose Sara Udon (thick noodles)! The thick noodles buried in a huge amount of vegetables are so chewy! The parade of chewing makes my jaw wobble in the second half 😂It's hard on my TMJ but still delicious so I love it 😭💓 I heard they replaced the old one, so I was happy to see my dad shaking the pot so vigorously ✨. I was happy though ✨🤣. A good place to come back regularly ☺️✨

A visit to a restaurant that refused to be interviewed Nagasaki Champon restaurant featured in the TV program "The restaurant that refused to be interviewed". Soboro Champon (1,200 yen) Soboro" here means "luxurious", not "minced chicken". A sip of the additive-free soup brings back memories of my first visit, and the chewy texture of the noodles is just as it was back then. The chewy texture of the noodle is also the same as it was back then, but the ingredients are too big. The large-sized cabbage, kikurage mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and carrots that harmonize the noodle and soup are too assertive in the mouth and, to put it bluntly, are in the way. Why this size? It would be good if they cut them a little smaller. So next time, I will have regular chanpon or Sara Udon.

The gently spreading mild flavor of the soup, which is light yet satisfying, never gets boring no matter how many times I eat it. It's full of vegetables.
