If you're not sure what to order, go with this plan! We've put together a selection of dishes that we really want you to try when you visit Jiro—this one, this one, and... this one! In addition to our popular dishes—such as kalbi and small intestine—we offer plump, thick-cut liver and thinly sliced Omi beef kalbi, which we hope you’ll enjoy scooping up with rice served in a clay pot or Omi “Milky Queen” rice.

The "Jiro's Premium Plan" is packed to the brim with delicious dishes—from our wildly popular Yukke to Omi beef steak and earthenware pot rice bursting with umami. Please make your reservation for this plan at least one day in advance. We’ll prepare everything to perfection just for you.
