The curry has a clean appearance, and the sweetness and umami of the vegetables spread in your mouth. A gentle spiciness comes later, and the mild heat makes it very easy to eat. The cutlet has a thin batter and is crispy, with the meat having just the right thickness, which is satisfying. The pickled radish on the side surprisingly pairs well, making you want to keep eating. The mentaiko pasta has medium-thick noodles, and you can feel the richness of the broth with bouillon and milk in the steaming soup, which is delicious. Adding soft rice to the soup after the meal pairs exceptionally well.
