The owner, Mr. Ishino, learned French cuisine at the Imperial Hotel and honed his skills in Japanese cuisine at a kaiseki restaurant in Kyoto. The dishes created by his sensibility, which skillfully blends Western and Japanese styles, are elegant yet approachable, capturing the hearts of a wide range of age groups.
