The dishes here are all elaborate, and they arrive at just the right timing, which is exciting. The edamame dumpling has duck hidden inside, and I was surprised with the first bite. The fried sweet sea bream scales topped with finely chopped pickled scallions have an irresistible aroma and texture. The corn chawanmushi, shrimp and okra salad, and myoga sushi all have a gentle flavor. The freshly cooked rice, grilled eel, and seared isaki also left a strong impression. The small, clean interior of the restaurant, along with the pleasant service and consideration for a non-smoking environment, allows for a relaxed dining experience.
