I was drawn in by the handwritten sign outside advertising homemade pickled shallots, and it was even more delicious than I imagined. The crunchy texture and the perfect amount of salt made me want to have seconds. The sashimi and seasonal vegetable dishes were also carefully prepared, and I was satisfied with the bamboo shoot in Tosa-style and the half platter of yellowtail and sea bass. At gatherings, there is a wide variety of dishes from small bowls to hot pots, grilled items, fried foods, and finishing dishes, all made with care. The two types of hot pots, chicken and seafood, and the handmade fried chicken were particularly impressive, and for the finish, you can choose from Chinese noodles, udon, or rice porridge. Even when dining alone, the service is just the right distance, allowing for a relaxing and pleasant experience.
