The interior of the restaurant is spacious and always clean, which makes me happy. The shredded cabbage served as an appetizer is crunchy and lifts my spirits from the start. The domestic beef hip is very tender, and the aroma of the lean meat combined with just the right amount of fat spreads throughout my mouth. The upper tongue and kainomi, when grilled over charcoal, are fragrant and become juicier with each bite. The beer is well-maintained, both the glass and the server, and the freshness of the freshly poured beer is outstanding. To finish, placing the freshly grilled meat on top of the cold noodles created a perfect combination of the refreshing noodles and the richness of the meat.

Upon entering the restaurant, the counter and tatami seating are neatly arranged, creating a pleasant atmosphere. First, I took a sip of draft beer; the foam was fine and the smoothness was excellent. The complimentary cabbage was crunchy, making it a perfect first dish. The grilled marucho and hormone had a smoky aroma from the charcoal, and the flavor expanded with each bite. The thickly sliced beef tongue was grilled to perfection, curling up, and the juices burst forth, leaving me impressed. The finishing touch was the house-made curry, which was rich with the essence of the meat, making it so delicious that I couldn't help but keep spooning it up.
