We offer authentic Neapolitan pizza as the centerpiece, along with regional dishes from various parts of Italy, primarily in an a la carte style. The appetizers are diverse, and among them, the 'Assorted Four Types of Ham' pairs excellently with wine. Our carefully selected wines, with over 70 varieties to choose from, are available in both glasses and bottles. For dessert, enjoy authentic dolce such as homemade gelato and tiramisu, leaving a blissful aftertaste until the last bite. The interior is enveloped in soft natural light, creating a warm and calming atmosphere. The pastel-colored wood-fired oven, brought from Naples, adds a touch of color to the space. The charming single-family house can accommodate 12 people on the first floor and 28 on the second floor. The central chimney serves as a symbol, allowing for a casually stylish and comfortable experience. Families with children are very welcome. As a relaxed neighborhood 'go-to' spot, we cater to a wide range of occasions from anniversaries to everyday dinners.

On May 25, 2015, San Giorgio was born in the land of Mukogaoka Park. The concept is to casually share wood-fired pizza and local dishes a la carte, enjoying them along with conversation. We have aimed to be a homey restaurant rooted in the community, a place for families and friends to gather. With a different menu and flavors from our sister restaurant 'Trattoria Da Teresa', we cherish each of our unique identities, and today we welcome everyone with the aroma of firewood.

With over 25 years of experience as a chef, I initially honed my skills in French cuisine before being drawn to the free-spirited charm of Italian cooking. The approach I developed on the culinary path, encouraged by my father, focuses on making the ingredients the star of the dish. I am committed to using locally sourced ingredients and value simple techniques that enhance flavors without unnecessary additions, while also being flexible to incorporate contemporary sensibilities into an evolved Italian cuisine. Believing in the heat of the wood-fired oven and the blessings of the seasons, I deliver dishes imbued with 'sincerity' that bring smiles and conversation to the dining table.
