I ordered ginger salt ramen. It was incredibly delicious. I didn't say anything other than 'thank you for the meal' and left everything to the chef! I also left the timing for taking my order to the chef. This was the first time I had such delicious salt ramen. It was topped with a lot of ginger, and I wanted to enjoy even the part that melted into the soup, so I finished the soup.

Bib Gourmand Ramen Ramen Shingetsu" in Susukino Ginger Miso Ramen Lunch today! I left my father's house a little early, but the train was delayed, The direct train to New Chitose Airport was not running, so we had to change trains at Sapporo, So, let's go to Sapporo and have a meal! →I want to eat ramen, so I checked Michelin and food log, and I found Bib Gourmand! →1.4km walk from the current location→No time to spare. That's plenty of time, right? So I walked 1.4km while dragging my suitcase to get there! (To be honest, the snow was tough...) (To be honest, the snow was tough.) The store was decorated with Bib Gourmand-winning products! My expectations were so high! I checked the restaurant's food log and found that udon was the staple food here, and that this restaurant serves ginger ramen! I decided on the ginger, and then I thought, "If it's in Hokkaido, it should be miso! So I decided on the ginger miso! First of all, I was surprised at the amount of ginger. The ginger was piled up in the center of the bowl! And the soup looked so good... The noodles are curly and go well with the soup! Boiled vegetables and minced meat are not too much but great! And this soup is also very good. ..... The soup is complex but not unpleasant at all, and you will want to take another sip after taking a sip! This soup is so good! As expected of a Bib Gourmand Ramen restaurant! I was surprised at the high level of this restaurant. My first ramen after returning to Japan👍! I'm so glad I came here!
