In the calm space of the counter, the seating is also spacious. A light appetizer is served first, followed by a flow of sushi. The dish with shirako paired with rice was surprising, as the aroma of dashi and soy sauce spread, resembling risotto. The beef sushi was also impressive, with an excellent compatibility between the topping and the vinegared rice. The seafood sushi is diverse, with a rich flavor in items like akagai, kohada, and uni. The selection of sake is also extensive, allowing for enjoyment that pairs well with the sushi.
