Despite being inside a hotel, it has a calm Japanese atmosphere that excites me. The chef at the counter is friendly and shares the details of each dish with me. The sashimi features many rare ingredients, all of which are rich in flavor and left me impressed. From the beautifully prepared squid to the melt-in-your-mouth conger eel, every piece of sushi conveys a sense of care. The colorful kaiseki cuisine is also a visual delight, and the gentle aroma of Japanese dashi fills the air. It’s a place where you can slowly savor your meal in a luxurious setting, making dining a special experience.
