The authentic hot pot is exquisite! I've always wanted to go to Hana Kushi, but it's so popular and full of customers (థ公థ...) that reservations are a must on weekend nights (✧Д✧) 卡！！！ Vegetable Roll Skewer (థ公థ.) This is a specialty of crunchy vegetables wrapped with meat. The lettuce rolls are the most delicious! Pork shabu shabu wrapped with leeks Hakata Motsunabe All the leek mountain is put into the pot and served with pork shabu in udon noodle soup...light and super tasty (థ公థ.) The motsu nabe is...a real high grade nabe...with big hormones. Hakata gyoza sesame sandwiches burdock tempura I highly recommend this place for its careful preparation of each dish. I want to go back! Thank you for the food!

Cute Hakata Hanakushi I've been seeing a lot of Hana Kushi on Instagram lately! I've been curious about this restaurant for a long time, and my friend invited me to go! The restaurant is on the second floor of Isomaru Suisan! It is very beautiful and clean! My friend was going to be late, so we made a toast together first! After that, we all made a toast together! Cold tofu with sesame seeds Sesame Kampachi Hakata Ichibu Yaki Gyoza (grilled dumplings) Vegetable Rolls Hakata Green Onion Roll Tomato Roll with Cheese Rolled pork belly with shiso Maitake Mushroom Roll Beef Sukiyaki Roll Asparagus roll Lettuce roll with cheese Kiritanpo Roll with Keema Curry Half-boiled egg bacon Mozzarella Bacon Hakata Motsu Nabe - Soy Sauce Heart of cod roe topping Finish with Udon, Ramen or Porridge Udon was chosen this time Inari Sushi with Inari Sushi, a specialty of Hanakushi. White Curry Udon Noodle Strawberry shaved ice with espuma Uji green tea shaved ice with espuma The chilled tofu that I ordered after hearing about the dishes coming out quickly was delicious and tasted like pudding! It is made by mixing kuzu powder instead of bitter juice, so it has a super smooth texture! The flower skewers are as colorful and delicious as flowers! It's full of vegetables, so it's healthy and delicious! The Hakata Motsu Nabe has a cute big heart of mentaiko (cod roe) ♡ This is sure to be a hit with the girls! The motsu was plump and the spicy cod roe was a nice accent! The fried rice balls are soaked in flavor and a little sweet and delicious! Bite-sized and easy to eat even for women! You can also take it out, so it makes a great souvenir! And the white curry udon that I saw on Instagram and have been curious about for a long time! At first, I saw a normal curry udon and thought, "What's that? But then they made it pure white right in front of my eyes. This white thing looks like whipped cream, but it is actually a potato! So even though I put a lot of cream on it, it wasn't too much at all, but on the contrary, the mixture of espumaed potatoes made it light and easy to eat! Shaved ice for dessert! The green tea was not too sweet and tasted just right for after dinner. The strawberries were made from real strawberries, so they were slightly sweet and sour. Apparently, this restaurant is affiliated with Isomaru Suisan. It's located right below Isomaru Suisan, so it might be fun to go to the first one for grilled skewers and the second one for fish!
