It is a rare shop that only deals with Champagne, and I was excited from the moment I entered, with sparkling bottles lined up. The standing bar style centered around the counter allows you to casually taste a glass at a time, which is delightful. There were about three types of glasses available that day, each unique and rich in aroma. The bottle lineup is always extensive, and I was captivated by the selection that has a twist rather than the usual choices. The owner's explanations were enjoyable and easy to understand, naturally deepening my interest even though I wasn't very knowledgeable about Champagne. The pleasant atmosphere, where regulars gather, was comfortable, and I ended up losing track of time.
