For a 3 o'clock snack (?) I went to the W A stand-up noodle shop run by a wholesaler of dried bonito flakes (but there are chairs!). Soba restaurant. It is crowded with workers in the area during lunch time. The noodle soup made with rich bonito and udon and soba noodles that are cooked to order without leaving it to boil are also attractive. However, my personal favorite is the rice (ordinary, 200 yen). In addition to being served in a large bowl, the rice is served with all the dried bonito powder you can handle. A little drizzle of soy sauce on the table makes me really feel glad to be Japanese. Even if the restaurant is crowded, the turnover is quick, so the line time is short. Since this is a soba/udon restaurant, you cannot order only rice. Just to be sure.
