A hidden gem steakhouse with exquisite steaks
Popular as a hidden steakhouse where you can enjoy Kofu steak. The space is somewhat small, but you can savor well-prepared steaks alongside a rich selection of wines. Thanks to the careful cooking, the tender sirloin and big hamburgers are exceptional. It's a comfortable space where you can enjoy authentic meat dishes in a homely atmosphere.

Sirloin Steak
It seems to be made with Yonezawa beef from Yamagata, and it was a genuine Japanese beef. Available from 250g, and comes with a side salad for free. You can also order a 150g oil-free sirloin. The price may increase slightly, but it comes with grated daikon radish and a large salad (coleslaw salad). The sauce has a secret taste, it is placed on a soy sauce-based hot plate, with French fries, creamed spinach, buttered carrots, and thinly sliced onions soaked in water laid densely under the meat.
