I had cold noodles, and I was first surprised by the richness of the broth and its refreshing acidity. The thin noodles cling well to it, allowing for easy eating. The staff suggested enjoying it with the broth, and indeed, it was so delicious that I couldn't stop. At first glance, it has a different atmosphere from typical cold noodles, with a subtle spiciness that makes it refreshing to enjoy. There are plenty of ingredients like pork, grated daikon, and okra, which adds to the satisfaction. The plate of wontons was also packed tightly with meat and full of juice, making it feel like a signature dish.
