This place is fun because you can grill to your liking with a shichirin (a small charcoal grill), and it gets you excited from the start. The fresh chicken gizzards and hearts from Yamato are bursting with flavor just by lightly grilling them. The fragrant tataki has a moist texture and rich taste that brings a smile to your face. The hot pot, infused with broth, can be enjoyed like shabu-shabu, and it's so delicious that you'll want to drink the soup to the last drop. The finishing ramen and soboro don (minced meat rice bowl) go down easily, and even when you're full, you can't put down your chopsticks. You can also enjoy homemade gelato and rich pudding, making it a delightful experience until the very last bite.
