The skewers are all crispy and light, making them irresistibly delicious. It's fun to write down the ingredients I want on paper and hand it over, as freshly fried skewers arrive one by one. The fluffy potato skewers and the juicy tomato skewers really highlight the quality of the ingredients. The sashimi and small dishes are also prepared with care, and ordering them together provides a high level of satisfaction. There are also thoughtful touches like pickles and tamagoyaki, which show attention to detail. The exterior has a charming atmosphere, while the interior is surprisingly new and comfortable, allowing for a relaxed experience.
